Automation Test Analyst (Performance Testing)
Job Purpose:
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Work with the PM, Project Team, and Business Stakeholders to evaluate non-functional requirements to produce prioritised automation tests that are data driven, keyword driven, robust, readable, and maintainable.
- Create and execute automated performance test scripts and maintain already existing scripts for Desktop and web application.
- Collaborate with IT, Testers, Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts and Stakeholders to implement and deliver automation frameworks and test plans.
- Create and maintain the Non-Functional Automation Test Strategy by recommending and introducing new tools and techniques to improve the capability of automation testing strategy.
- Provide solid test metrics, analysing and reporting on testing results.
- Propose and obtain agreement for the approach for non-functional testing depending on the type of project/BAU.
- Support the end-to-end defect management lifecycle, including providing stakeholders with appropriate reporting.
- If needed, help out with manual testing
Candidate Profile:
- Hands on experience of test automation designing, implementing, and maintaining any desktop and web performance testing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experienced in scripting and programming languages e.g., C#, SpecFlow, Selenium etc.
- Experienced in POM (Page Object Model) and WOM (Windows Object Model).
- Experienced using performance tools such as Jmeter, LoadRunner or any other tool.
- Experience with testing tools such as Test Complete, SpecFlow, RESTfulAPI’s, and CrossBrowser tool (Smartbear)
- Experience of using Branching strategies and Source Code Management tools e.g. Visual Studio, TFS, BitBucket, and Git.
- Execute different types of performance testing against On-Premises and Cloud architecture.
- Hands on experience with test case management software tools such as TestRail and Project management tool e.g. JIRA and confluence.
- Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment would be beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands on experience working with agile teams on projects using scrum.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including the ability to understand, present and explain complex information to a range of audiences.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP testing such as Order Management, Inventory management and Shipping process.
- Experience in other Areas of NFT such as Accessibility, Compatibility, Usability, Disaster Recovery etc. would be beneficial.
- Experience of working in an Agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban, DSDM, TDD, BDD).
- Evidence of relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB) and any other Performance Testing related.

Hours and Days:
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Location:
- Between Sites: Keppel House and Lifeplus House.
- Hybrid Working: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office.
