HR Administrator (12 month contract)

Lifeplus Europe, as the name suggests, specifically supports customers throughout Europe and delivers our products direct to consumers throughout the region.

Working with a team of enthusiastic HR professionals and reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be required to work in a fast paced environment to overcome opportunities as they arise through providing an administration service to the whole of the HR team as well as our colleagues from over 20 different countries across 3 sites. You need to demonstrate excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the HR team with the HR inbox, HR phone line and wellbeing calls, escalating to the relevant HR representative
  • HR database – Updating and maintaining the HR database along with providing training and support to our colleagues
  • Reviewing and responding to AskHR queries and escalating to the HR team when needed.
  • Reviewing unpaid hours through absence and updating the payroll log, through running reports in the database
  • Candidate journey – Providing administration support to the People team through the candidate journey; booking inductions with key stakeholders and ad-hoc new starters
  • Presenting in HR inductions for new starters
  • Supporting the Talent team with the Customer Care interview process, including administration for the Talent team when needed for cover; jobs inbox, diary management and liaising with different stakeholders
  • The onboarding process through the HR database; Reference, DBS checks and contracts
  • Compliance – Keeping GDPR compliant with the HR inbox and cleansing of employee files
  • Providing support in new and ongoing HR projects and initiatives


Key Attributes:

  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel are essential, PowerPoint is desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • The ability to priorities tasks whilst working under pressure.
  • The ability to stay calm at all times.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability to take ownership of designated tasks.
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail



  • A CIPD qualification, or similar, to level 3 or current study being undertaken is essential


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm – Total of 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility in hours and days would be expected.
