The Organisation

Lifeplus Europe Limited (“Lifeplus”) is a UK based organisation with approximately 300 employees. We are engaged in the distribution of food, food supplement and cosmetic products throughout Europe. Our business operates via a network of independent referrers, known as “Lifeplus Associates”, or “Business Builders”.

Our Policy

We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We have adopted an Anti-Slavery Policy which reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place. This applies to our own business and we expect our suppliers to abide by it too.

Our Supply Chains

We expect each link in our supply chain to adopt due diligence on their own supplier as we cannot have a relationship with every single supplier in the chain. Nevertheless, in trying to identify and mitigate risk, as part of our supplier selection process, we require our suppliers to complete a questionnaire which includes questions on modern slavery and human trafficking. We also include terms requiring our suppliers not to use slave labour or human trafficking in our supplier contracts.

The statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out our company’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2018.
