Continuous Improvement Analyst

Role Profile: 

Reporting to the Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist, the Continuous Improvement Analyst will be part of the team responsible for identifying and rectifying areas of operational waste, and you will help to deliver on iterative improvement and strategic targets.

You will be supporting the Continuous Improvement Specialists to implement business transformational change and continuous improvement strategy taking into consideration organisational structure, commercial approaches, culture, people, and processes and ensuring solutions developed meet business needs and are aligned to operational objectives.

This is a chance to join a great team known for being super supportive, yet everyone pushes each other to perform, but where fun and inclusivity are part of the day to day.  Each Team Member is expected to act as an internal consultant and drive a strong continuous improvement culture across the business on any process/system improvements and changes.

This is entry level role into Continuous Improvement and structured training plan is in place to support your development into an exceptional CI Analyst.


The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Showcase experience in analysis of processes, organisational design, operational data, and customer feedback against industry benchmarking to identify and deliver viable and sustainable continuous improvement changes that result in streamlined processes, greater operational efficiency, and improved quality of service
  • Solution driven and demonstrates the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and have a thorough and methodical approach to your work
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout Lifeplus to develop strong stakeholder relationships to deliver all elements of change activity
  • Facilitate and contribute to workshop sessions including notetaking, recording actions and distributing follow up communications and driving action plans
  • Ability to effectively find the root cause of the issue
  • Provide insight and report on effectiveness of improvements and value change delivered
  • Adhere to all change governance principles and ensure all necessary documentation, plans and stage gates/sign off points are adhered to
  • Review current processes and training with subjective and critical thinking to ensure all learning styles are included
  • Supporting the CI Specialists by running smaller Initiatives and activities
  • Be the first line resource for the resolution of problems which come in via the Inbox and the Process Wiki
  • Assist the CI specialists in providing monthly reporting as needed

Candidate Profile: 

  • Competent user of MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Critical and structured thinker with the ability to challenge in an engaging and inclusive manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to react to change quickly calmly and in a controlled manner
  • Capable of thinking in a way to develop original and unique solutions while following the DMAIC / PDCA / OODA methodologies in place (full training is provided)
  • Strong interest in reducing customer effort – both internal and externally
  • Take responsibility for personal development, staying up to date with the latest industry standards
  • Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved in anything – this can include quickly learning a new system/skill to help your teammates, or helping a different team implement something fast… every day is different!

Hours and Days:

  • 37.5 hours per week between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
