Principle Responsibilities Include:
- Management of stock holding
- Valid counter balance license
- Valid reach truck license
- Excellent planning skills
- Create daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Reliable, flexible and demonstrate commitment
- Always shows a positive, proactive and can-do approach
- Engaging, motivating and inspiring a team to be the best they can be
- Adhering to the Lifeplus Health and Safety policy at all times
- Able to organise and maintain production areas
- Can communicate daily job expectations and coach employees
- Supporting the pick and pack operation when and where needed
- Health & Safety – Assist the Warehouse General Manager to maintain and uphold the company’s H&S policies
- Security – Assist the Warehouse Management Team in monitoring the buildings security
- Facilities Management – Assist the Warehouse General Manager by monitoring and reporting any damage to operational equipment or required repairs within pick pack area and warehouse. Raising awareness to other areas of the business if required
- Supporting the Inventory control manager with daily, weekly, monthly and annual stock audits
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- Has previous experience in a warehouse and operational environment
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate a good level of numeracy
- Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of I.T. and the use of MS office
Desirable:
- Full driving licence
- Scissor lift license

Hours and Days:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 18:00
